Ans: Yes, COD (Cash on Delivery) available. As this is a personalized product, all COD orders will be confirmed by our sales team via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please note that orders will only be dispatched once confirmation is received.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Ans: It will usually take minimum 2 to maximum 7-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q: Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

Ans: Yes, we ensure a 7-day easy return policy. It means customers can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product from our logistics partner. To validate the reason for the return, you need to share the following:

High-resolution and bright images of the damaged product including the entire product and the damaged part.
